Are your soaps made from natural ingredients?
A lot of our products contain natural ingredients, these can generally be spotted in the product name or in its description but you can also see full details in the ingredient list.
 
Have any of your products been tested on animals?
No. None of the products we stock have been tested on animals. However it is impossible to claim that all of the basic ingredients that go into the products we sell have never been tested on animals. What we can say is that as far as possible only natural, pure ingredients from reputable suppliers have been used.
 
Can I place my order over the phone?
For security reasons, we can only accept payment through Paypal/Google Checkout at the moment. This ensures that you have the highest level of security, safe in the knowledge that if we do not have access to your credit and debit card card details, no-one else does.
 
Is it safe and secure to order on this website?
All your payment details are perfectly secure by using Paypal and Google checkout. These methods protect your payment details throughout the whole payment process and we are provided with a reference for the transaction that we can then administer through Paypal or Google. We do not store any credit or debit card details and the only information we retain is your address details and order details.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
We currently accept all major debit / credit cards through Paypal or Google Checkout and also allow you to transfer the money straight into our bank account.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
There are various choices of delivery to choose from including First & Second Class Royal Mail, Special Delivery Next Working Day or Saturday Guaranteed - these options automatically appear based on the total weight at the checkout.
 
What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery?
This will depend on the delivery method chosen, if you have selected Royal Mail, Non-deliveries can generally be collected from your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Also, arrangements can be made with the sorting office for re-delivery - information is generally contained on the calling card they leave.
Failed delivery items with Royal Mail will only be kept for up to 7 days before they are returned to us. If a courier is selected for delivery you will need to follow the instructions on the courier calling card as these times may be different.
If an item is returned back to us delivery costs will not be refunded unless the failed delivery was due to an error caused by us.
 
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind you have 14 days in which to return your full or part order. You are responsible for return postage, it is advisable to return items via a recorded secure delivery method as items that do not arrive back with us cannot be refunded.
 
What countries do Creative-Soaps deliver to?
At this time we only deliver to the UK & BFPO.
